Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Drop Me account and all associated data directly from the app.

How to delete your account in the app:

  1. Open the Drop Me app
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Select Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, points, and history will be removed.

If you are unable to access the app or need assistance, please contact us at support@dropmeeg.com and we will process your deletion request within 30 days.
